Lifelines and Anchor Points

The anchors are components of the fall arrest system. They can be either temporary or permanent. In any case, they must be connected to a retention structure, which must be sturdy enough to absorb the forces generated in the event of a fall. There are four types of anchors: Permanent anchors, Rescue lanyards formed as an anchoring cable or rail, Temporary rescue lanyards, Temporary anchors.
